The book and its discounts are valid for 13 months. Lysløypa 2026 is valid from 01.12.2025 to 31.12.2026.

Bring your Lysløypa with you and show the book when ordering. The book will be signed/stamped, and you’ll receive your discount.

Lysløypa can be used once per place.

For 2-for-1 offers, the cheapest of the two dishes/coffees/pastries is always the one that is free.

Most discounts apply to a maximum of two people, which means you can enjoy Lysløypa on your own — or bring along someone lucky!

Normally it takes 4–5 business days, but during busy periods it may take up to 6–7 business days (before Christmas, etc.). This applies to deliveries to addresses in Norway.

Shipping costs 39 kroner within Norway. If you want to save the money (and you live in Oslo), you can choose “local pick-up” when ordering and pick up the book yourself at Hakone in Storgata in Oslo.

Yes! An additional shipping fee will apply, and delivery takes 7–10 days. If you live abroad and are planning to visit Oslo, you can choose “local pick-up” when ordering and pick up the book yourself at Hakone in Storgata in Oslo whenever it suits you. No worries if it takes some time before you collect the book — it will be waiting for you!

We’ve walked all over the city and also received loads of tips, and from there we’ve invited places that fit this edition’s theme!

It’s a puzzle that has to come together, and it takes a lot of work — but it’s great fun, and we receive feedback that participating in Lysløypa can have a very positive effect for the places involved!

Many of the venues in our recent editions have never participated before, so lots of new places have been included. We think that’s really cool!

Yes, actually! Lysløypa has already existed in other cities, and we would like to resume that.

When the time comes (we’re guessing in a couple of years), we’d love to connect with local creative forces who want to run Lysløypa in other cities! If this excites you, or if you know someone who would be perfect for it, please have them get in touch at hei@lysloypa.no.

All participants in Lysløypa have committed to offering the stated discount. However, situations may arise where a participant cannot uphold the agreement, for example in the event of bankruptcy — something that can unfortunately happen, especially since we highlight many smaller businesses.

The book is a static product, and we cannot make changes once it is printed. But because such situations may occur, we have included 33 places in this year’s edition — giving you some extra experiences!

Lysløypa is not responsible for errors or shortcomings on the part of the participants, or for any discrepancies between the descriptions and the actual experience.

If you book tickets on the website of one of the venues, use the discount code listed in the book (if applicable), and show Lysløypa upon arrival. Digital codes are personal and may only be used once — we trust that you are on our team and will not share the codes with others. We are a small business, and so are most of the places featured in the book.

Lysløypa and all its content are protected by copyright. The book may not be distributed or reproduced without written permission from the publisher.

The return should NOT be sent back to our distributor, Forlagssentralen, but to our office — contact us and we’ll give you the address.

We unfortunately have to announce that the 2024 edition of Lysløypa was our last Bergen edition for a while. We need to make Lysløypa Oslo financially sustainable before expanding into other cities again. We expect to return!
