Return and right of withdrawal

We follow the Right to Withdrawal Act. You have the right to cancel your purchase in 14 days after the item has been received. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, we will send you a cancellation form. The item must be unused when returned to us.

If there is something wrong with the order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct any errors.

All returns must be sent together with the order confirmation you have received by email.

Returns which is due to errors on our part (e.g. that we have sent the wrong item) is free of charge, all other returns are paid for by the customer. If the item is damaged in post office, you must fill in a damage form at the post office before sending the item in return. Such damages are not to be considered our fault.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged by the customer.
