    Text: Nora K. Sæter

When yoga first came to Norway, fronted by Hollywood stars and alternative souls, many thought it was just a new hippie thing that would quickly disappear. It was seen as mysterious, with incense, candles, and humming mantras.

And yes, you’ll be greeted by soft candlelight and a hint of incense or essential oils when you join Christina’s classes, but don’t worry, these classes are for everyone! Even if you’re super stressed, restless, or stiff as a yoga block. Come as you are!

Head to the old factory building at Tøyen and take the elevator up to the fourth floor. You’ll enter a room that looks like an office, just turn right into a rare loft space with wooden floors, skylights, and cozy lighting.

After class, yogis can work for free in the open office area all day. Welcome to good vibes and good work!
