Clip-clop, clip-clop. Your hair is flowing gracefully, your heels are pointing down, your eyes are squinting as you’re following the horse's movements. Something like that. A dream, right?  At EKT Rideskole og Husdyrpark, you can fulfill a part of that dream!

Humans have lived with domesticated horses for over six thousand years. In a way, it means that horses are in your DNA, as your ancestors have thrived in close partnership with these four-legged creatures. Edvin, the founder of EKT, want to give people the opportunity to be close to animals, and at Ekeberg, you can greet horses, cows, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, peacocks, chickens, geese, and ducks. Being with animals can be a therapeutic experience. It can connect us with our natural instincts and make us feel present. A closer relationship with animals can also connect us more deeply with the ecosystem we undeniably are a part of. Which is quite nice.

Moreover, we can live out our inner equestrian! Like Christina’s daughter does here!
    Yeehaw!
