Family brunch without heated arguments around the table? Sandwich Brothers and Sorbet Sisters have been producing organic ice cream since their establishment in 2016. In 2023, they changed their name and expanded the family - now they invite you to Oslo's best family gathering on the third floor of Glasmagasinet! Cousins is a café, bakery, and ice cream factory, as well as social entrepreneurs who "sandwich" new Norwegians into the workforce. 

Behind the concept, you'll find young people with backgrounds from countries such as Syria, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Ethiopia, all working towards the same goal: a more diverse and inclusive local community. Here you can enjoy food, soda, coffee, and ice cream - it's a tasty integration. Relax in delightful surroundings and treat your taste buds with organic soda made from fruits and berries sourced from farms around Oslo, delicious sandwiches and salads made from locally-sourced ingredients, or simply a sandwich or popsicle on the go.
