In a charming yellow house along the tramline, halfway between Kronstad and Brann Stadium, you'll find Albatrossen Kaffe. Previously, there was a hat shop and jeweler here, but now the hats have made way for coffee and freshly baked cinnamon rolls, cakes, and delicious sourdough pastries. 

Albatrossen Kaffe's primary mission is to work for marginalized and vulnerable groups living in exclusion, either in the workforce or in society. The aim is to promote employment inclusion, integration, improved health, and community participation.

Here, you can find Colonialen Bakeri's freshly baked sourdough bread, exquisite jams, meats and cheeses from local producers, organic produce as well as in-house-made gluten-free alternatives.
