    Håndbakt is a bakery and wine bar in one, where you'll feel like staying and hanging out for a long time! The atmosphere is cozy, bubbly, and warm.

    Here, plant-based, organic, and biodynamic ingredients are a given. Håndbakt is owned and operated by Jenny Marie El-Kadiri Andersen, who is passionate about food - not only from a sustainability perspective but also in terms of taste and quality. With a Danish and Algerian background, she brings exciting dishes to the menu. Jenny wants to break the many myths that plant-based baking doesn't taste good. Because it is indeed possible to create the most delicious plant-based dishes, that are better for the stomach, heart, and soul.

    They strive to be sustainable in every aspect, including organic and locally sourced products, as well as focusing on the well-being of their staff and work environment. We applaud them!
